Videotome ADV 0.5 - Message History

Added a Message Log toggleable via the L key or the History button.

Also ported across the FUNC command from Super Videotome, for running arbitrary JS.

Slightly changed how non dialogue UI parts are hidden - now they're fully opaque instead of just the background hiding.
