i don’t think there’s an official one, but freya called it “scrappy photomanip” while we were making it? the art’s mostly just CC0 images that freya crunched into pixelhell
specifically uses posterisation and dithering to get a crunched low-colour-count effect. I wouldn't call it glitch art per se but it's at least somewhat inspired by that.

My experience with your game was very deep and fascinating and I think the ending (at least the one I got, not sure if there are more) was very sweet. You did a very good job! :)

sort of like kitbashing if you dropped all the pieces in acetone for a second or two and put together what came out

Gosh, this is so brilliant. Stellarly written; hits right in the feels
This is really lovely, touching, unsettling and then settling. The tilting illustrations were also very good. :)
Really enjoyed this piece - intense & thought-provoking, & the art worked well with it.
